Mentiv was created out of lived experience.

As a former Business Consultant, I spent years operating in high pressure environments where mental clarity wasn’t optional it was everything. Long days, constant decision making, high stakes, and little room for error. Like many people in elite sports, startups and high pressure enviroments I relied heavily on coffee and stimulants just to keep up. At first, it worked.

Then came the crashes, the anxiety, the brain fog and the feeling that my mind wasn’t operating at the level I knew it could.
